Open and Delivering During Lockdown

Today starts a new National Lockdown!

As a fuel supplier we are an essential service and are therefore able to remain open and continue to deliver, during any lockdown or subsequent measures that may be enforced.

During the last few months we have introduced certain measures and procedures in order to protect both our staff and customers. We kindly ask you to please respect our drivers and remain 2 metres apart from them when we deliver your fuel. You are still able to visit us to collect emergency drums or coal, however we ask that you please call ahead and place your order with our friendly sales team, who will then get everything ready in advance. Please remain in your vehicle, call the office and a member of staff will bring the items out to you!

We have taken this opportunity to streamline some of our processes. We now require payment details at the time of order for domestic fuel orders. The payment is ring-fenced against your card but don’t worry, it is not debited until the fuel has actually been delivered. You only pay for the amount of fuel that was delivered (just in case we deliver less than you thought you needed).  The original amount quoted will remain as a pending payment until the day after your delivery.

We do offer a Direct Debit option to help spread the cost of fuel payments. The programme is tailored to each individual customer’s requirements, taking the worry and hassle out of paying for fuel. Better still, if you sign up before Friday 4th December you will be entered into our prize draw for the chance to win a Christmas hamper. You can find more information about this on our website.

Unfortunately some of our non-essential services have been suspended due to the current restrictions. While we are still accepting orders for our Never Run Out program, gauges will not be installed until after lockdown. Although oil tank installations are taking place as normal.

Our current lead time for delivery is within 5 working days however this can be extended if demand increases. We recommend that you order your fuel when you have between a third and a quarter of your tank left.
