These tanks are manufactured to the highest British Standards and are available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes to suit all applications. If you would like a plastic tank we currently recommend the fitting of Envirostore tanks.  These have proved to be the most reliable type of plastic tank over our many years of experience with them. All our tanks come with a 10-year guarantee so you know that you are in safe hands.  Our installers are also able to fit custom-made steel tanks if requested.  

Moorland Fuels has our own fully-qualified, OFTEC-registered installers dedicated to providing high quality and efficient replacement and fitting of oil tanks. 

Oil Tank Replacement

Moorland Fuels make replacing your tank simple and affordable. But what is included in a complete replacement fitting service?

• Removal of oil from the existing tank and storing in a holding vessel.
• Oil tank is removed and disposed of in accordance with environmental regulations.
• Installation of new tank to meet current building regulations (In some cases this means that the new tank will be installed with some differences to your current installation).
• Return your oil to your new tank in preparation to restart the boiler.

The work is usually all completed in the same day. There is no need to wait until your oil supply has run down to change your tank.
