Moorland Fuels is looking to recruit a Sales and Customer
Service Administrator to support our Okehampton office. Are you
keen to provide excellent customer service? Do you like talking to
people on the phone? Would you like to work in a friendly,
successful office as part of a team? Then this could be the role
We are looking for a motivated candidate who is confident talking to people on the telephone. You will answer incoming calls from customers and process their orders on our system. No experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers and potential customers on the phone. You will help identify new business opportunities and make sure records are kept up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with an excellent telephone manner and demonstrate good attention to detail, whilst also confident, friendly and happy to work as part of a small team.
Permanent – Full Time
9.00am – 5.30pm (with an hour unpaid for lunch)
