Are you keen to provide excellent customer service? Do you like talking to people on the phone? Would you like to work in a friendly, successful office as part of the sales team? We are looking to recruit a Sales (Telesales) and Customer Service Apprentice in a support role based in our offices in Okehampton.
We are looking for a motivated candidate who is confident talking to people on the telephone. You will answer incoming calls from customers and process their orders on our system, for which full training will be provided.
You will also be responsible for building relationships with customers and potential customers on the telephone. You will help identify new business opportunities and make sure that records are kept up-to-date.
This is an entry level role, where an excellent telephone manner and attention to detail are the most important criteria. There will be opportunities provided for the successful candidate to progress into other areas of the business including marketing, credit control and administration if the successful candidate would like to.
